Algodoes Beach的点评
点评：We attended the Algodoeiro Beach turtle watch yesterday as part of a family tour, which cost us £175. Unfortunately, what should have been a special and memorable experience turned into an extremely upsetting situation.
The ranger, Helia Dos Santos, was aggressive, hostile and completely unprofessional towards our family. She shouted in my son’s face, which left him crying, and she accused my auntie of being drunk when she had not had any alcohol at all. She also got in my partner’s face, swore, shouted at us repeatedly, and continued to follow us around the beach. She was shouting racist comments to us whilst continuing to follow us abusing us.
This was completely unprovoked. We were a family sitting quietly on the beach as part of an organised tour. We did not even get to see the turtles, which was the whole reason we booked the experience.
Our tour guide also told us that a similar situation had happened the previous day, which makes this even more concerning. No family should be treated this way, especially during a paid tour that is meant to be safe, respectful and enjoyable.
This experience left us extremely upset and uncomfortable, and we will be reporting it to the relevant authorities. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this turtle watch tour to anyone.
