点评:I've been going to place for years since i was a child , my parents used to take me and now I've passed on the tradition to my child and never had an issue before , but sadly if this situation does not get resolved i will not be spending my money here where i am not a valued customer.... I had some issues with the lane and a duty manager on shift at the time didn't seem bothered or interested full stop and instead of offering us a move to a different lane or coming to investigate it for herself at the time they did nothing , then when spoke to a different member of staff they was willing to right the wrong but the manager refused and said they would look in to the situation after we had left. and now have changed there story throughout the emails to fit the bias of this in house operation which i find unethically and morally wrong. The fact is I've been coming here for years and spent lot of money with these guys over the years to have them turn round and dismiss my emails and all of my points which is a shame i don't want to find a different bowling alley but i wont go to somewhere i am not valued and the fact that they don't care about years of loyalty goes to show it means nothing these days. also i will advice friends and family to stay clear of this place if they don't right the wrong and head to social media .
