点评：I recently visited Wasaga 500 and had an absolutely horrendous experience. My nephew, who is only 11 years old, was enjoying a go-kart ride when his kart accidentally crossed the exit line. Instead of handling the situation with understanding and care, the manager, Collin, chose to yell at him aggressively and roughly grabbed his foot and yanked his leg around to "show" him the gas and brake. This aggressive behavior made my nephew cry and left him visibly shaken. If I hadn't been close to him in my kart when it happened I might not even know because Collin decided to approach and rough up a child when he assumed that the child's adults wouldn't see.
When I confronted Collin about his actions, he showed no remorse whatsoever. In fact, he boldly stated that he had the right to physically touch my nephew in an aggressive way because he was the manager. When I challenged him, he swore at me further demonstrating his unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. This behaviour is completely unacceptable.
As a “family-friendly” establishment, Wasaga 500 should prioritize the safety and well-being of its young visitors. Instead, we were met with hostility and aggression. I am deeply disappointed and urge others to think twice before visiting this place. The management's behavior is appalling and should not be tolerated. I hope the higher authorities take necessary actions to ensure no other child has to go through such a traumatic experience.
