Deep End Fishing Charters的点评
点评：Booked a fishing trip out, advising family from NZ and would be driving up from Burpengary East. Confirmed and would advise us the day before if it was cancelled due to weather etc. No contact from Glen, rang him the evening before didn't answer his phone therefore sent an email asking for confirmation no response. As a result should have believed the reviews about his lack of caring about clients and not contacting them. Funny how all people he said he has rung cancelling a trip doesn't answer, and of course he could have left messages. Up at 3.00am with a family member drove over an hour to find he didn't turn up. Fortunately he did answer his phone at about 5.15am with the comment I thought I rung you. Yeah right he did, that is why we were up so early and drove all that way. Very off hand and couldn't have cared less, as had he cared would have asked could he make it right with another trip. Real pity we were treated this way but we see on reviews he has form with this behaviour. Pity as once he gets you out on the water it looks likes everybody has a great time and highly recommends him, the trick is to get out on the water with him. Cause his excuse was the weather was rough, which wasn't true suspect it was only the 2 of us and he decided it wasn't worth it. If this was the case have the common decency to contact the client and cancel the trip. John D
