Small and mighty: Rondeau park is great for nature, birding, sailing, fishing, biking, eating ice cream

点评：Let me tell you about Rondo provincial Park. They have some very nice beaches, including the dog beach where dogs are allowed to run free. The water is a little bit rough, and in someplace there are rocks, which are a little bit hard on your feet. But not all places have rocks only the dog beach. There are some great biking trails, we were there in early August and there were quite a lot of black flies. The museum in the middle of the park is cool – lots of trees and wildlife. The Bayside is very weedy. There is a place called the Rondo yacht club where kids learn how to sail. Adults also come to Paris sale and do other water sports with Sales. It is interesting to watch and kind of pretty. There are also races. Junior races and adult races. The biggest race is called Hellraisers and takes place on the Lakeside on the weekend of July 25. There are lots of birds and bird watchers. There are monarch butterflies. There are signs saying that there are snakes and turtles crossing the road, but we have never seen them. good fishing in the bay for sunfish and perch. Using worms. A place to launch your boat and also two docks that you can fish off of. It's pretty busy in the summer, but not crazy and this summer there seem to be lots of campsites available for rent. A lot of the cottages are old and quaint as the park is under Lease. I would recommend a day trip, or a weekend for visiting or camping. A nice family spot. Pretty safe for kids to bike around.
