点评：Jeff Meacham makes amazing wines that are deeply personal to him where he takes pride in each bottle he makes. More importantly he takes hospitality to a whole new level. Now let me explain. We were looking for a place to host a welcome reception in Carmel for our daughter’s wedding. My wife called Jeff at De Tierra to hold a small reception in his tasting room. This quickly turned into inviting the entire wedding invitation list for a 130 person pre wedding welcome event. Given their Carmel tasting room, which is lovely, can only accommodate 60 people and rather just declining the event, Jeff began working with local restaurants to co-host this event. he quickly found a space that would accommodate 130 people. Jeff coordinated and worked with both us and Mission Bistro to host an absolutely amazing pre wedding welcome event. He curated 4 wines, Rescue Blend “Coco”, Pinot Noir, Sparkling Brut and a Pinot Grigio. These were the only wines served at our event. Now while my favorite was the Rescue Blend each of these were wonderful selections to serve to our guests. It did seem the Pinot Grigio was a crowd favorite. Many of our guest completely raved about the wine. And Jeff and his team served us throughout the event. Mission Bistro also was wonderful to work with and provided great food and service. Thank you Jeff so much for creating an amazing family memory.
