Staff let this place down. It could be amazing. Not suitable for parties unless you have lots of your own adults to help

点评：Not enough staff, the staff that were there were all chilling out in the equipment room 4 at a time when there were lots of kids stuck on the stages crying. The place is amazing the kids loved it when they eventually got themselves down. But a couple of the kids were so upset and 4 or 5 of them got stuck on a stage for a really long time with zero help from staff. I really think it’s an activity that needs staff on each stage to help them when they got stuck. A couple of really lovely staff members but the rest need re training. I had 8 kids there st a party so impossible for me to keep track of them on all the different tracks so I had to just let them at it. if you do go consider bringing an adult yourself for each stage to help the kids and for the introductory training so you know how to help them. Although that will be hard unless you’ve done it yourself as the clips are tricky.
