点评:We had a terrible experience. We went and they were closing. They encouraged us to come back the next day and told us to be sure and buy our tickets online for a better price. We went back to our hotel and bought the tickets and returned the next day. We pulled up in front of the check-in area and a guy came charging out barking that we could not park there because it’s where the EMTs come. Why do they need EMTs, we wondered? That doesn’t sound very safe! We then parked at the far away location they guided us to. We walked back up and they rudely started telling us we booked our tickets wrong and owed more money. Mind you it was 4pm by this point and they close at 6pm (so max we could be there was 2 hours). The guy was a cocky robot just repeating himself that it’s all clearly explained online. My husband and I are attorneys who read documents professionally and we did not agree it was clearly explained at all. We asked to speak with a manager. Initially reluctant, he got a manager. It was raining and, while waiting, we looked around and the ladders and equipment looked unsafe, slippery, and rickety. The manager, who represented himself as the highest up person onsite, then appeared and it was the same broken record. We asked for a refund as we didn’t feel like our business was wanted at this point and also questioned the safety of the operation. They said no refunds. We asked for the phone number of a higher up and the guy told us he was the operations manager and a refund would not be happening. We have disputed the charge with our credit card company and the credit card company agrees with us. Save yourself a big hassle and some extremely rude employees and definitely skip this activity!
