Great way to eat a delicious breakfast and try real maple syrup

点评：What a lovely place to visit! You get a delicious breakfast and a ton of interesting information about making maple syrup.
The host (Jim) is super knowledgeable with years of lessons learned he’s happy to share along with a history of maple syrup through the years that is very interesting. I never realized there is such a variation in trees and types of maple syrup, depending on the tree type and syrup preparation. The education involved is just fascinating.
After you walk up the hill to the sugar shack (FYI, it is a little steep so be aware), you go back down and get an ice and maple syrup treat. Then you head inside for the real star: A super yummy pancake and sausage meal with the Elmhurst syrup served with coffee, tea or apple juice. Worth noting that all the ingredients are locally sourced, which is also a super nice touch.
