点评：There aren't really enough words I can use to summarize how incredible this experience was. Don't even question it, just book it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. We were so lucky to go in late June. The water level was perfect, the temperature was perfect, and the guides were exceptional. Bridget, Jake, Jill, Ashley, Kelly, Brian, Roger, Garin, and Carl were unbelievable. They truly tend to your every need. They are all so knowledgable and there wasn't a single moment of the trip that I didn't feel totally safe (even though the rapids were very big!). This is not just an outdoor trip. This is luxury in the outdoors. Not only do they row you, they load and unload ALL of the gear, they set up your tents, they boil water for your showers, they cook you 3 meals a day and do all the dishes, they make sure you are fed to your dietary needs, they educate you, and they are genuinely interested in getting to know their guests. As one of the amazing guides, Jill said, "I just really love to serve people and let them experience the magic of the river". And that is why these 9 individuals are born to be on the river. There were a few people on our trip who had never really been exposed to the wilderness and they thrived! They will do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your trip. This is a glamping experience in the middle of the biggest untouched land in the lower 48. I mean you have a cot, a sleeping pad, flannel sheets, a full size pillow, and a sleeping bag. It is truly luxury. Every night they service a gourmet meal and wine. I'm not talking about pasta or cereal or anything you would expect to eat camping.. I'm talking about 2 in bone in pork chops, fried chicken, egg Benedict, etc. It was glorious. The Middle Fork could not be any more magical. Go see for yourself! Solitude- I love you and I can't wait to return some day. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.
