Disappointing spa day
The Spa at Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel的点评
点评：We have just arrived back from a spa day with treatment and cream tea at this hotel.
For the positives:
The spa treatment was lovely. The staff were friendly and provided a wonderful massage, very relaxing and certainly relaxed me.
The hotel staff were friendly, the scones were very tasty in the cream tea.
The negatives:
The hotel and spa are in need of upgrading. Very run down from small things like our teapot lid didn’t fit, which meant the tea spilt, the towels had seen better days.
But by far the main problem was that the whole spa area was freezing, everyone was complaining of the cold. Another customer raised it with a member of staff who advised them that they would put the heating on. While I was swimming I was aware my nose was freezing cold and when in the jacuzzi there was constant need to ensure my shoulders were under water to keep warm, the female changing room was also freezing cold.
Overall a hugely disappointing session which we cut short by hours due to the cold
