The Spa at Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel的点评
点评：I booked a spa day today Friday 28th Feb, which was a gift to my partner for our anniversary.
On arrival we were met by the receptionist and taken down to the spa.
The changing rooms were freezing, lockers were dirty, showers were unclean.
On entering the pool area, there were numerous tiles raised, causing a trip hazard. In fact, some tiles were missing altogether and covered by a mat.
The pool water was cold so we decided to try out the jacuzzi, which wasn’t much warmer than the pool.
I spoke with the manager who told me it was running 39 degrees, I find this very hard to believe, as the jacuzzi was very cold.
Afternoon tea was awful. Sandwiches and scones were very dry and the whole food was inedible.
The end of the day was a massage which was rushed , unprofessional as therapists were shouting over the relaxation room asking us questions.
The massage was rushed, I wasn’t asked if the pressure was ok.
The whole treatment only took 15 mins, when I paid for 30 mins.
Unfortunately I will not be rebooking and just wished I had read the horrendous reviews before I booked.
I just feel you need to hear this feedback in order for you to improve your services.
