点评：What can I say, I found our visit here very disappointing. The website photos are nothing like what you are met with. I booked this for my daughter’s special birthday as a surprise. As a family with 2 family rooms booked we were certainly all surprised when we arrived. I just want to make clear this is no reflection on the reception staff as they were absolutely lovely. The rooms however were off the scale. Dated, no heating, we had to request plug in heaters as it was so cold. One of the rooms had other beds (bunk beds) that had clearly been slept in yet the old bedding had not been changed. The spa area, it’s good the children can use the facilities but make sure you prepare for the Antarctic cold changing rooms. The breakfast was nothing like what was advertised on the website, I just about ate the toast.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We can laugh about it but it was a very disappointing stay.
