Frimley Lodge Park的点评
点评：Went for a walk with a friend whilst footballers were on the courts only to go to drive out after and realise that the gates are shut. Could walk out but not drive out. Phoned the “emergency” line as written on the sign, but this was absolutely USELESS. The man on the phone was very rude and sarcastic, replying “what do you want me to do about it?” I can’t see what else this so-called emergency line would be otherwise used for- if it’s anything other than a lock in e.g. an injury or crime you’d be calling the police. Complete waste of time phoning the emergency line, might as well get rid of it!
I understand the park has to be locked for obvious reasons however there should be accurate times that communicate the closing hours as it said 6pm on the gate, which it was obviously not as football games didn’t start until 9pm. In addition to this, there should be effort from those that shut the gate to communicate that it’s going to shut.
Overall, the lock in caused significant inconvenience and panic, and we will NOT be returning here.
