Harihareshwar Beach的点评
点评：Pune to Harihareshwar road is in excellent condition. Even though it is just 2 lane, there is hardly any traffic.
This road intersects Mumbai-goa highway at Mangaon. This 500 meter stretch can cause 1hr+ jam kn weekends.
We stayed in MTDC resort. Even though, this resort is on the beach, being rocky surface, one can't get in sea water there. MTDC is a specious resort, but poorly maintained. Staff is hardly interested in making guest's stay comfortable. It's canteen is over priced, serves poor/average quality food.
In entire Village, hardly anyone serves authentic konkani food. When will these hoteliers understand that people don't come to such placee to test Punjabi/ Chinese food? Moreover, they don't have any mastey in this category of food.
We could find only one good food joint, run by one Nagarkar couple. They serves excellent food, but strangely they demand advance booking id you want to eat there. Height was , they have a board asking for at least 2 day's of advance booking for solkadhi and modak. I sincerely hope, these people will learn business acumen someday.
Finally, my suggestion is to stay in Shrivardhan, visit temple and go back for stay there.
