Imagine That! Children's Museum的点评
点评：We've been to Imagine That before, tried again yesterday - will NEVER support this business again. I was sorely mistreated by the owner. We purchased tickets in advance, show up and the bathrooms are out of order. We were limited on time (big factor in story) 9 months pregnant, had driven for 30 mins to get there, we left to go down the road and use Trader Joes bathroom. I decided to request a partial refund for this inconvenience. The owner agreed that upon my return would refund. I got back and she starts 'dumping' on me. "Im paying triple for a plumber, its been a really rough day overall etc etc" I politely said, "Ok, I understand that but its not really what I care about right now, Im limited on time, Id just like to move on with the refund so my children can get in and play" ... she then lost it on me, cursing, marching up and down, like her feelings & dumping about her day are super important for me to listen to however me nudging her to move on bothered her. She then issued the refund and said "I dont need your business, you can leave". I was practially in tears for my children, she should be ashamed of herself for ruining my childrens day, wasting our time, and frankly treating anyone like that. However I think she may just need some 'help', as clearly unstable. I saw a number of customers turning their heads at her commotion as she marched back and forth ranting. She then she practically shoved my credit card & receipt in my face as I was sending a message to my friend who was meeting us there, I calmly said 'you can just put it down" she then replyed "or I can just cut your credit card up, and took it into the office". She didn't cut it, but again, what a comment! My children left in tears, and I in shock. There are many other wonderful facilities for children ,I will never return here.
