点评：This hike is on private land and provides support for a canine rescue organization.
The hike is once a day in the early morning. This year they have adjusted the hikes during the heat of summer start at 6AM instead of 8AM avoiding much of the heat. Call for the exact time.
The adventure will start with Enrique providing information before the hike. He does so in Spanish and English and is very entertaining. After about 15 minutes the trek begins. The trail is in good condition, but as you climb higher, you will often need your hands to assist with some of the rocks that you have to get up and there are some places where the trail is quite narrow. Wear good shoes and insect repellent will keep the gnats and flies away. While this is a more difficult hike it is under a mile and once you reach the top the views are amazing making the effort well worth it. On the Friday we were there the age group varied greatly from about around 13- early 70s with everyone making the round trip with no problems.
The views of the Cabo Marina, the beaches around the arch, and both the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez make this adventure a memory and not just another excursion. There is not a set price for the hike, but tips are always welcome and help to support the dogs that accompany you on your climb.
