点评：It’s the closest farm to where we live, but compared to Myuna Farm in Doveton and The Big Goose (Moorooduc) it’s not as well-run or friendly as these competitors. Maybe given it was initially a working farm before being re-marketed as a tourist farm. I arrived today and went to buy tickets, only to be told they will only accept online bookings. Thankfully staff qualified that there was still ticket availability. I found this a strange system, especially if you hadn’t arrived with internet access to purchase tickets on your phone or you made the journey only to be told there wasn’t availability.
The staff behind the counter did not provide the friendly, interpersonal interactions you come to expect
these days.
I was in earshot of several complaining about tourists at the point of admission and again when I was exiting. It gave me the impression, they’re not very professional.
Compared to my last visit in 2017 it is less tired and rundown than it used to be, but it lacks lustre compared to other animal farms who advertise the same experience.
