点评：What a fabulous day! From the moment we arrived we were immersed in the magical adventure. Our children (7&4) were transfixed.
We enjoyed making our way through the various rooms and activities.
The visit with Santa was particularly magical for the children. They were amazed at all the information he knew about them.
We paid for a VIP experience and we felt we had value for money with the experience lasting from just after 2pm completing around 5.30pm. A lovely magical afternoon.
Our main feedback would be:
In the week leading up to the booking a reminder of what was included would’ve been helpful - I’d forgotten or not clocked a meal for each was included.
The Santas Sack is gifts was a lovely touch - especially the personalised item. The only criticism here is that there was only one of each item - the nice medal for example. When you come with multiple children a 2nd item would be preferred. Singular items of the other confectionary is perfect.
