点评：BJ's ATV's employees are all very Rude people, including Manager or owners. They try to steal money from people unfairly, thats not enough These people at BJ's ATV's are RACIST. Let me tell you why. When we got the trailer, we took a lot of picture of ATV while we were getting setup, because we were so excited. I am so glad we took pictures, Because when we return the ATV, people at the trailer accused us that we broken ATV headlight. They say we will charge couple hundred dollar for damage fee. I started argued with them and told them my 11 years old son never hit anything with the ATV, he was with us all time. They just keep yelling & saying you guys broke and pay for it. Then I showed pictures of the ATV before we rent it. The picture clearly shows headlight was broken before they rent it to us.
As soon as they see the pictures, they all shut up, I told them do not ever yell or accused customers, specially this is not the customer fault. This is trailer employee fault, they should've let customer know any damage on the ATV head of time. I was expecting apologies for them, because their fault didn't tell us, instead trailer people use F..word "F.. These people" get out here. in front of my 6 years and 11 years old son and my wife.
I am proud of being who I am with my color and what I wear. I even went to office and told them this is not right they way you guys steal money from people unfairly, Office manager or owner didn't apologies either. I would never ever rent this people again and never recommended to anyway to rent it either.
