点评:I understand the venue is old but it's still very nice. I would imagine it's hard to find a bad seat because it's not a large venue. We were in Orchestra B and were not obstructed in the least.
However, we found the majority of the staff to be unfriendly and even rude. As soon as we entered the lobby they barked at us to have or tickets ready on our phone. (Let me get in the door first, for crying out loud.) They kept saying that "we need everyone to be ready." (Trying - can we get inside, please?) Next, an usher showed us to our seats - which turned out to be the wrong ones. We didn't correct her because she was very "take charge" so we sat down to be out of the way. Soon the rightful ticketholders came. It turned out we were just one row off, so it was an easy switch to the row behind us, but the second usher kind of made an embarrassing scene about us getting into the aisle to recheck our tickets.
Overall it was a good night and the concert was amazing. Again, the facility is nice for an old one. But I would suggest that some of the staff take a cue from The Majestic in Dallas - the service there is impeccable and always a treat!
