Dissapointing, cold, bad practice. Much better excursions out there. AVOID

We were upset and extremely disappointed in our trip, snorkeling. Firstly your suits were not dry, my daughters leaked and she was freezing and wet. Neither of us could get the mittens on as our sleeves were too long so bunched up at our wrists not allowing gloves to go over. This resulted in up getting cold wet hands. Difficulty holding on and near impossible to use go pro/underwater camera or even get our masks on independently. We mentioned it at the time to be told you don't have to wear them. That's not sufficient.
Both our masks were fogged up. If I realised they weren't good quality we would of brought our own. We were told spit in them but with huge mittens we couldn't take them off to wipe the lens.
We heard the assistants moaning to the skipper that no one snorkelling, could put their masks on and they shouldn't have to help them!
My suit was very tight and I felt I couldn't breathe resulting in a panic attack. I didn't feel I was able to get in and out of the boat safely without assistance. None was offered.
Our main complaint though is their complete disregard for the whales behaviour. They literally put the boats in the whales way so they have to dive under you for a split second, if you are lucky. If I was not snorkeling, I would've been even more disappointed as each time we found a pod to film, they scared them off.
We were in skjervoy for7 days. We went on 4 boats with 3 different companies and this company was the only one we felt that did not care. We saw literally hundreds of whales with other companies, observing thier behaviour and following them for hours, with this company its finding them for hours, then jumping in to scare them away. It's a lot of money that I wish I had used elsewhere. I spoke to them on the day and wrote them an email after but they did not respond or care.
