Weather conditions needs to be made more transparent

点评：Orginally booked In December 2024 over the phone, at the time when i booked it wasnt explained to me very clearly how "precise" the weather needs to be to fly, i was just told "Depending the good Ol British weather" for avarage Joe i made the mistake of thinking a bit of wind and rain, but of course i was wrong, the wind direction and speed has to be so precise and in the right direction, which somnetimes can take a very long time.
We finally flew a couple of weeks ago after around 13 attempts through out the year.
Once your there and flying you can appreciate why the weather needs to be so precise! Firstly you would never get of the ground and as the balloon cant steer the wind obv plays a massive factor.
Shirlee and Tony on the day were exeptional and made the whole day fun and informative. It was a very nice afterrnoon.
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, it should be made much more clear at point of sale how accurate the weather needs to be and explained in more detail on the T&C's and website and when talking on the phone, that way its expected and customers wouldnt be so frustrated when it looks like a nice sunny day outside with no wind but still cant fly.
As a avarage person who knows nothing about Balloning i wasnt expecting to be waiting around 10 months.
As i said, Shirlee and Tony are realy nice people and it was a life experince ticked of the list BUT would i of booked if i known it would of taken this long and tying to find and book days off work where the family can go can together through out the year sacrifcing are only days off together? Probably not...
