Vermont Maple Outlet的点评
点评：Made a stop to pick-up some locally produced Vermont maple syrup. They had a few different classes of syrup available (i.e., golden, amber, and dark) as well as many other maple related treats and trinkets. Bought a selection of syrups for ourslves as well as several miniature bottles to take home for family and friends. We also tried one of their maple creemee cones while we were there.
In addition to the outlet shop, the location also has a small museum that explains the process of collecting and processing maple syrup. There's pictures and displays that help explain the equipment used. There's also some information about the different grades and classes of maple syrup. Pretty cool addition to the visit, and even cooler concept that the family has been locally producing maple syrup for 7 generations.
