The site was misrepresented - children’s playground and wifi does not exist as advertised

点评：We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Royal Pods. Overall we did have a nice time - however it is very disappointing that the children’s playground, outdoor gym and WiFi that were advertised on the Osea website and Meadows booklet (link on royal pods page) did not exist.
The map shows a children’s playground directly next to the Royal Pods which was a big factor in us choosing this site as we thought this would be great for our 3 year old. However we arrived to find just an empty field where a park used to be. WiFi is clearly also stated as a key feature for this accommodation however we were told there wasn’t and never has been WiFi in the area.
We were also without hot water for the first night and from 6pm-9am the next morning there was nobody to help us since the emergency line and the warden’s line were both busy the entire night, meaning we were unable to wash up or shower. We also paid extra for a washing up kit and fire starting kit but this was not provided until the second night.
