Fantastic Chateau, but very disappointing ending.

点评：We had booked a tasting tour online may weeks before travelling to the area. On arrival the welcome was pleasant and where greeted by the owner who walked us through his home in to the back of the Chateau. It really is a beautiful home and Chateau. Guy-Petrus wine is lovely and we would absolutely recommend. As you would expect his knowledge is superior and he had a great way of explaining the wine and the process behind making it.
I do have to say though, the last 10 minutes of the experience really turned for us. It turned in to a sales pitch very quickly and when he had realised we were not going to be shipping any wine back home he very quickly concluded and rushed us out. It was quite unpleasant and left a really bitter taste towards the chateau, unfortunately. For that reason we would certainly not go back nor recommend.
The cellar is a site to behold - We will never forget that experience of going down there, but the experience towards the end really casts a shadow over the entire thing.
