点评：Very disappointing as we mistakenly double booked for this experience, the booking was made for the same date and time clearly a mistake, once i had realised this i asked for a refund for one the bookings and this is their reply.

Our refund policy does not consider this as a reason for refunding the amount of the tickets.
You can check this policy on our website
We can exchange your tickets for any day you wish within a period of six months.
an exchange for new tickets are not much use when we may not be back in spain for a year or 2
feels they they have just grabbed the money and are under no circumstances going to give it back.
So i feel i should let the general public know the type of company they are dealing with i.e if you were for some reason unable to make the trip you will not be getting a refund. This company doesnt even have a working contact telephone number to talk to someone in person. Thanks Corrina
