Lovely refurb but no customers.

点评：Visited The Potting Shed last night, a Friday night. This is the newly refurbished restaurant- just to add, there was nothing wrong with the old restaurant. The place was empty, just one other table eating. The refurb is lovely but it will be completely pointless if you have no customers. This is a very large space to have nobody in it.
The menu is quite fancy and I thought quite limited, especially for vegetarians. Having said that the food was well presented and delicious. My desert, a Mad Swan, was kind of odd though, a bit quirky and the blue stuff was just weird, swan was lovely though. My friends were disappointed as their lemon curd sundaes needed more lemon curd as it was pretty non existent.
The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly, just what this place needs.
I would visit again but probably not to eat as I’ve tried the only vegetarian dish on the menu.
