点评：On 4th July I stayed in the Muktadhara Tourism Property, under West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited. It's located right side of the famous Maithon Dam. The Property is just two floors. Ground and 1st floor. There are also cottage type of rooms. I along with my family stayed there one day and night. It's AC deluxe room on the first floor, charges are Rs.3000 excluding taxes. Enjoyed the beauty of the nature from the balcony in the morning and afternoon .Room is nice and hospitality of the staff is beautiful. An excellent dining room and palatable dishes also another attraction of Muktadhara. Car parking facility and room service are available. Usually, Tourist come here to view Maithon dam and it's surrounding beauty . The dam was built on the Barakar river on 27th September, 1957. Maithon Dam in West Bengal is in Paschim Bardhaman District and the other side is in Dhanbad District, Jharkhand state. Boating facility is available . On the way to Muktadhara, there is Bhandar Pahar a nice temple of Lord Shiva is located at the top of the hill. To reach there, interested person may climb two hundred ninety three stairs. Beautiful place. Maa Kalyaneshwari temple may also visit. Goddess Kali is worshipped there. On 5th I returned with a great satisfaction and sweet memories of Muktadhara.
