曼荼罗水疗馆的点评
点评：The experience did not meet expectations, particularly given that we paid for the VIP package. The reception staff were not welcoming and came across as quite abrupt. The VIP package did not include a robe, and the flip-flops provided appeared to be reused. Additionally, the towels were very small and of poor quality, which was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we did not receive the complimentary drinks, nor was anything explained to us regarding the facilities or what was included in the package. The venue itself felt quite small, with only six beds available and very limited space to relax.
The steam room was cold, and there was noticeable noise coming from another area that sounded like building or maintenance work. This was disruptive and should have been communicated to guests in advance.
Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, especially when compared to standard gym spa facilities, which offer a much higher level of comfort and service.
