Consistently Great Food, Though Service Needs Refinement

点评：Wildbrumby continues to be one of our favourite spots for lunch, and we make a point of visiting at least twice a year. The atmosphere remains charming, and the quality of the food is consistently high. However, during our most recent visit, we did notice a few areas where the experience could be improved—particularly in relation to service and seating arrangements.
We were allocated a small round table for three adults, one child, and another child in a highchair, which felt quite cramped and left limited space for food and beverages. Interestingly, a family of four who arrived as walk-ins after us were seated at a much larger six-seater table by the window. This raised some concerns regarding the thoughtfulness behind table assignments, particularly for those who have made a reservation.
Service was also somewhat lacking. Guests who arrived after us were served before us, and we had to actively seek out staff to place our drink and food orders. At no point during our visit were we approached to check if we needed anything else, which impacted the overall hospitality experience.
On the food front, everything we ordered was delicious, as always. That said, I was a little disappointed to see that the trout dip is now served with crackers rather than the previously offered bread, which we much preferred. Additionally, the focaccia, which I believed came with oil, was served without any accompaniments—perhaps a misunderstanding on my part.
Despite these minor shortcomings, we still had an enjoyable time and look forward to returning. Thank you to Brad and Monika for maintaining such a beautiful venue and quality menu.
