点评：We has a fabulous time at the beach. Clonea is a beautiful place. However we went to Gordons cafe for food which I must say was a very poor experience. They do have a fabulous indoor seating area and open air deck on top but the food and service let them down. They have a new system where they'll only take 2/3 orders at a time. So you have to wait to give your order even though you are at the top of the queue. When you order you're given an alarm that buzzes when its ready so you go and sit down with it while waiting. We queued for about 20 mins then sat and waited for our food for a further 30 mins. The food was so disappointing. My chicken fillet burger was completely overdone. All flat and dried up. There was nothing in it only burger sauce and some lettuce even though the server had specifically asked if I wanted 'everything' in it. I got curry chips and the curry sauce was really dark and thick. Altogether we ordered fish and chips, fried mushrooms, a chicken fillet burger, curry chips, a garlic dip and 2 cans of coke. It came to €36.
