Nice person, but scam you out of your money while promising refund for windless days

点评：Went to Croatia with my partner and booked kitesurf lessons for 2 (people) x 12 hours. It was a bit early in the season, so we were worried there would not be enough constant wind before. But the instructor ensured us that we would get a refund for the hours that we couldn't be on the water, due to too few wind. So we decided to go for it.
In the end I think there was enough wind for maybe 2 hours on the water. With other instructions, we were at most 4 hours with the instructor. Of which most of the time the kite couldn't launch due to not enough wind. The instructor ensured us that we woud get a refund for the 8 hours per person that we couldn't take any lessons. However after many months of emailing, they just ignore us and I am sure I will never see my money back. We even tried contacting them through the European Consumer Center, because they kept ignoring us. But even they couldn't make contact.
Do not trust their reinsurances about reimbursement on windless days. They will not refund anything. The instructor seemed nice during the trip, but if you are in the beginning or end of the season, book with another place that has a better refund policy for non used hours. Just booking with another place in general is better I think. There are plenty of alternatives.
