Parents Beware – Our Experience at Kidspace

点评：I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Kidspace and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
There were 13 children attending (including siblings), and from the start the organisation felt chaotic. During the “build-a-bear” activity, the host appeared visibly irritated with the children — puffing and huffing at them — which made the kids uncomfortable. On top of that, many of the hooks were empty, leaving the children with very limited options to dress their bears.
I was also informed when booking that drinks for the children would be unlimited. However, during the party, the host told us that only two jugs were allowed and only when the children were eating. This was not what we had agreed.
To make matters worse, the ice cream that was supposed to be included was never served.
When I contacted the office afterwards, instead of addressing the issue, they claimed there were 14 children (not 13) and tried to charge me extra. Only after I provided photo evidence did they drop the claim.
Honestly, this whole experience was very upsetting. It felt like they were trying to get away with things that were clearly not right. After reading other reviews, I am concerned this may not be an isolated incident.
I would strongly advise other parents to be very cautious when booking parties at Kidspace.
