Fabulous day with True Blue Digger Tours
True Blue Digger Tours的点评
点评：I spent quite some time choosing my tour of WWI battlefields, and came across True Blue Digger Tours with Barbara Legrand, and so glad I chose to go with her. I met Barbara at the Amiens train station, and we spent all day being driven around in her large and comfy Mercedes Benz.
Barbara knows absolutely everything about this time, telling many stories which you won't find in guidebooks. She has spoken to so many local people to get their recollections. Her knowledge is amazing.
I would thoroughly recommend spending a day with Barbara. It was so stimulating in some ways, but incredibly sad in others.
we met at 0900 and we were back to Amiens to catch the 1824 train back to Paris.
I spent the night before at the Ibis Budget Amiens Centre Gare (see separate review).
