Bodegas Bilbainas的点评
点评：We have visited Haro on quite a few occasions now travelling to & from our destinations.
On this occasion we decided to have an extra day to look around and possibly see some Bodegas & tours.
We looked at Muga on line the day before our arrival to book a tour & it was booked out for english tour but places for Spanish speaking.
We decided as we were there we would just stroll up and about and have a look to see what was what.
It seems most bodegas need advanced bookings & will not accommodate walk in’s.
We happened upon Bodegas Bilbainas having walked up past the local train station. Went in and looked around thier very nice display area.
We spoke with a nice lady at the customer desk and asked to try some wine.
We were shown a list of wines & chose a red & white off their short list & we were advised it would be served to us by the sommelier at our table of choice.
We awaited the wine a short while. It arrived and was poured. Literally there was no showing of the label of either wine red or white no explanation of the background or grape variety etc or even the actual wine we had (could have been any old vin)
Whilst the wine was of a good quality the whole experience & the blasé approach left us leaving with absolutely no desire to buy said wine & it cost €8.20 for the experience
Congratulations Bilbainas lost sale!
At least put people in place that care about who visit your establishment & your produce.

她给我们看了一份酒单，我们从中选择了一瓶红葡萄酒和一瓶白葡萄酒，并告诉我们，侍酒师会把酒送到我们选择的那张桌子上。
我们等了一会儿酒，酒就端上来了，倒好了。真的，店里根本没展示红葡萄酒或白葡萄酒的酒标，也没有解释酒的来历、葡萄品种等等，甚至连我们喝的是什么酒都没有（可能是任何一款老酒）。
虽然酒的品质不错，但整个体验和这种冷漠的态度让我们完全没有想买这款酒的欲望，而且这次体验花了8.20欧元。
恭喜Bilbainas，损失了生意！
至少应该安排一些员工，让他们关心顾客和产品。
