点评：I want to like them, I really do but their business practice is peculiar. I was in the market for a white gold chain for my daughter, a necklace for my son and a ring for myself. My first quote was 1500 over what I actually paid for everything after bargaining which I am really uncomfortable with. They were great hosts offering free Heineken and prosecco. We left the store with our goods. The next day we receive several messages and then a phone call from a woman telling us that they gave us the wrong necklace. It should have been 10k, instead they gave me 14k. They wanted to come to the resort and make the exchange. First, I was not happy that would go to that extreme to rectify an error THEY had made, 2nd, I purchased the necklace that was shown to me. I dont even know if I like the 10k necklace because I did not see it. Nevertheless, being the honest human that I am, I allowed them to meet me at the resort to make the exchange. First attempt they did not show up when they said they would so we went on our merry vacationing way. I mean come on, I am on vacation and I am accommodating YOU. They continued to track me down and when we finally met up they brought a neckace that wasnt even the length that I wanted. It was a horrible experience. I was so sad to be taken in this way. My son was already wearing the 14k necklace we had left the store with, this was his HS graduation present. So they wanted more money, of course, if I chose to keep the necklace and again I needed to bargain the price. After talking to several resort patrons, I realized this is not the first time something like this had happened. BUYER BEWARE.
