点评：HmWe had a very specific bike route and dates we wanted to do with large baggage to accompany us. So this was a unique design that Lorenzo had to cater for using his contacts to assist with storing our bike boxes for the 2 weeks and arranging almost daily luggage transfers. There was a lot of planning and communication from both sides prior to the trip. This meant that our luggage was picked up from hotels and ready and waiting in our rooms at the end of a long ride, which was fantastic. However, there were a couple of hiccups all relating to one specific driver. The car that arrived to pick us up at the airport wasn't large enough to fit our luggage, bike boxes, and us despite sharing measurements with the driver. The driver was quite rude and unhelpful, but once Lorenzo was made aware, he had an alternate vehicle pick us up within 30 minutes. The bike boxes were also stored at the individuals house. However, they were stored outdoors, and once returned, there was a lot of water inside with all the protective packaging for the bike soaked.
The plans for the final day were made unfeasible due to driver availability. Lorenzo immediately stepped in and did the journey himself. He is very friendly and easy to talk with.
