点评：If you have a disability, prepare to be complained about by Karen's and have the staff take their side.
Went to Queen tribute band last night with my mum and her disabled friend who can't sit and therefore has to stand. Her friend stood at the barrier where the seats are staggered and there was another young man with a disability stood also. Apparently they are regulars just like my mum and her friend (it was my first time there).
When two people sat behind complained to managers about allegedly not being able to see (as I said the seats are STAGGERD) the managers pandered to them and moved them to much better seats, the young lad was told to move and treated basically like an animal.
After they were moved, some people sat moved to those same seats and didnt complain ONCE.
Management didnt care about disabilities, only about entitled people who had their comfort challenged.
I personally would think twice about coming to a show here now. The band were great but it has put a downer in the whole night.
