The Kite repaired a kite I bought from them 35 years ago, at NO CHARGE!

点评：Bought a kite from the kite loft in the early 1990's, flew it many times but the last time it lost a part. Put it in the closet 15 years ago, grandkids found it and wanted to fly it. So, I tried to find the part now that we have the internet. Didn't find it so I thought I would drop by the Kite loft to see if they had any parts. They requested an older man, I suspect the owner, to look at it. He immediately identified it as a Fire Dart, a kite he knew well, including the era we bought it in. He stated he could fix it so we left it with hum. In a week or so we got a call, it was ready to be picked up. When I stopped by to get it than gentleman was not there. When I asked the clerk how much I owe, he said no charge! I was surprised, but then again when you buy local, not on the internet or at the big box store you can get service like this. 35-year-old kite, repaired, no charge, you don't find businesses like these very often! If I need another kite I know where I am going, THE KITE LOFT!
