First time was ok
Second time terrible
I explain, I had appointment at 19:00 I called around 17:30 to explain that I would like to postpone my appointment and not cancel because I have an emergency reason,
Answer from the reception, unfortunately you cannot postpone or cancel your reservation because the owner will lose money, is that a correct answer!
Finally I could manage to arrive on time,
I arrive, no one at the reception, finally
The receptionist came, she was sooooo cold like ice, probably she forgot her smile and politeness at home today.
She guide me to the room, receptionist : you have been here so you probably not need explain, omg 😱, she just not wanted to explain because she was busy on her own mobile phone.
The swimming pool shutter was close, why! She does not prepare the room before customers come,
After 2 times call the receptionist she finally decided to help, she came and she does not even know how it’s work 🤦♂️ after 10 minutes the solution was almost found.
Again, call the reception because no music, 2 hours later when I left the music was still not working.
Sauna was cold.
I totally not recommend this sauna except if you want to have stress instead of relax.
Owner, Instead of thinking money you should treat your customers well and trained your receptionist.
I do not care about paying I care about service and relax.

桑拿很冷。
我完全不推荐这种桑拿，除非你想有压力而不是放松。
业主，与其考虑金钱，不如善待客户并培训接待员。
我不在乎付钱，我在乎服务和放松。
