点评:So after been offered 3 weekend dates some 4 months away I asked about a midweek flight for 4 people to be told they could do any day midweek.
I emailed and asked about the 4th & 6th of April to be told the pilot only fly's Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday so could not do either of the 2 dates I asked about despite being told any day midweek!
I was offered the 10th April which I thought strange as that was Easter Monday but accepted it and asked for a confirmed booking to be told the pilot could not do that day!
I was then offered the 6th April so again accepted that and it was all booked and paid for (£599) and I even received 4 boarding passes.
The next day I was told the helicopter was now off to Edinburgh for 2 weeks so I could have a refund or change my date - now bearing in mind I had booked and paid for the trip it is clearly obvious Northumbria Helicopters don't give a dam about customer service as they go with the highest paid offer regardless of prior commitments!
Utter shysters!!
