点评：We booked Northumbria Helicopters for a wedding charter, fully paid upfront booked three months in advance. The service was not delivered and the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional and stressful, completely ruining a once in lifetime event.
The first sign of a problem came not from the company directly, but from the pilot via WhatsApp during the wedding service, saying that the chosen landing site could not be approved This caused huge distress to the family during the ceremony.
Later, the company only copied the family into an email to the venue who were trying to resolve the situation, suggesting that the flight might not go ahead. This was vague, last-minute, and no solutions, apology, or alternative transport were offered.
The result was that the bride and bridesmaids were left stranded without transportation to their evening reception.
Although the booking has now been refunded, there has still been no apology or acknowledgment of the distress and disruption caused on such an important occasion. For a wedding charter — where reliability and professionalism are paramount — this was a complete failure
We wish we had seen the previous reviews indicating how unreliable they are before we booked
I would urge anyone considering them for an important event to be aware of our experience and look elsewhere
