Fantastic birthday celebration at Balfour!

点评：Visited on a Saturday in October. Great experience from start to finish.
We were a large party of around 15 people celebrating a birthday and had to pre book food which was fine. We found the communication before we arrived great and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed to bring our own cake and balloons too.
Upon arrival we were greeted with flowers as there had been a family bereavement. This was very kind.
All of the staff we encountered were brilliant. Super attentive and helpful. Staff were only happy to help clear away our mains quickly when asked to accommodate the birthday cake being done before one of our guests had to leave.
Our server, Teegan, was amazing! Big thanks to her for being so pleasant and just there for everything we needed. She is a real credit to Balfour.
The food was also great. We waited a little while for mains and 20% of the cost of these were taken off the bill which was a lovely touch. Everyone also said how good the food was!
Overall a great experience. Thank you so much for a great birthday celebration!
