点评：Used this center for 1 month.. signed up, visited a few times. Have to say that the gym is actually pretty decent with equipment etc. And some of the staff in there are very helpful.. but when my 2nd payment was due to come out, it went from my account, but then re-appeared in my account as a none payment. After many emails and phone calls, we changed the bank details to a different account and the gym informed me my membership would now continue.. i waited and waited to see if the new Direct Debit would come out.. it didnt! Chased them all over again only to be told my membership had been cancelled, and i would have to re-sign up. Im not doing this!! For it to take over 4 weeks to fix this situation, just shows me that you have no idea what you are doing.
In regards to the building and swimming area, really needs a good clean and freshen up. Loads of the sealants are mouldy in the steam room too with a manky door handle. And you have to stand up to feel any heat at all..Sauna is ok but its literally the most basic of saunas. Bring back the glass pyramid!! It was sooo much better back then.

翻译：我使用这家健身中心一个月左右，注册后也去过几次。不得不说，这里的健身器材等设施相当不错。有些工作人员也特别乐于助人……不过，当第二期费用该扣款时，钱虽然从账户中扣走了，但又以“未付款”的状态回到了账户里。经过多次邮件往来和电话沟通后，我们把银行信息改成了另一个账户，健身中心也告知我会员资格现在可以继续了。我一等再等，想看看新的直接扣款服务是否会开通……结果并没有！我又去联系他们，却被告知我的会员资格已被取消，必须重新注册。我才不会这么做呢！！花了四个多星期才解决这个问题，这只能说明你们根本不知道自己在做什么。
至于大楼和泳池区域，真的需要好好清洁一下并翻新了。蒸汽房里的很多密封胶都长了霉，门把手也脏得不行。你必须站起来才能感觉到一点热度……这个桑拿房还算可以，但真的就是最基础的那种桑拿设施罢了。把那个玻璃金字塔结构重新弄回来吧！！以前那样要好得多。
