Waste of a Night – Overhyped, Overcrowded, and Overpriced

点评：We were excited to experience the Thursday Night Fish Fry, but it was a total letdown. We chose the Pepper Town Café truck because we’d heard great things about their snapper and coconut shrimp. After waiting in line for 1.5 hours, we were told the snapper still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 15 minutes just for them to fry it, and what I finally got was a whole dead-looking fish—bones and all—with absolutely no flavor.
We also ordered the coconut shrimp, which was supposed to be a highlight—but it was soggy, limp, and nothing like what was promised.
The drinks were clearly watered down, and you could even tell just by looking at the bottles that the alcohol had been diluted. Despite the poor quality, everything was expensive. It was extremely overcrowded, and although the live music was decent at times, it didn’t make up for the chaos and disappointment.
This event is all hype, very little value, and a complete waste of time and money.
