TERRIBLE experience caused by Aggressive Skate Patroller harassing people

点评：TRAUMATIZING experience due to dangerously AGGRESSIVE SKATE PATROLLER, using his job to harass people, extremely UNSAFE! This skate patroller at Celebration Square Skate rink in Mississauga ( picture attached) AGGRESSIVELY ATTACKED and harassed a man who stepped on the ice, to help his child who needed help. This patroller so aggressively yelled and literally harassed this man in front of his child, other children and people skating there, so brutally badly that his child started crying!! This patroller told the man, who was, by the way, helping his child, that he must never step, even one step, off the edge of the ice rink without skates (literally this man had stepped one step of the black edge surrounding the ice) EVEN if his child needs a help! Shocking absolutely shocking to hear this from a patroller who is supposed to make everyone feel safe! Okay, in case of any rules I believe the patrollers should speak respectively and never be rude, abusive and harassingly yelling at people. In the meantime, one obviously drunk skater was skating super fast and unsafe, pushing other skaters around, but that apparently seemed perfectly fine to this skate patroller (way to go City of Mississauga having aggressive people like this to safe guard what is supposed to be family fun place)! At the end this man and his child were asked by the security officer (apparently because the man touched on the shoulder the skate patroller when skate patroller stuck his head into mans face) to leave the skate ring visibly traumatized. what a horrible experience going there. Question to the City of Mississauga: How safe is this skate patroller at his job!? Is his job to attack and traumatize people in front of children? Or is his job to make them safe in this public skating rink (funded by the tax payers including the man that was so aggressively attacked)?
