点评：We booked a spa day which included lunch.
We waited an hour in the restaurant to then be told there is no food at all and they have no kitchen staff. We weren’t even able to have cold sandwiches when we asked. As a result we had to leave and find a local restaurant.
The spa itself is very minimal. The chemicals in the pool causes eyes to sting and it’s uncomfortable to stay in there for too long. The saunas are average and despite being told not to reserve the loungers with towels, other guests did this, resulting in having no where to sit.
On arrival and on the confirmation email we were given the wrong time for our massage.
The massage was not 50 minutes as advertised and the massage was very light. No hot towels etc.
You are only able to use the spa for the two hours, a few of our group were asked to leave the pool and wait in the lounge despite their massage not for another hour.
All of the changing rooms had no shampoo or conditioner. There was also no toilet roll the entire day, tissue from the outside had to be used.
All in all a really disappointing day.
A spa day should be relaxing and this was far from it.

Staff all around not great. A few young girls in the hotel bar seemed very inattentive and unapologetic.
Waiters in the evening were a lot friendlier.
Spa staff also did not apologise and simply shipped us off into the spa.

水疗日本应是放松的，但这完全不是。
尤其是考虑到我们预订了午餐，却被告知根本没有食物！
周围的员工都不太好。酒店酒吧里的几个年轻女孩似乎非常漫不经心，而且毫无歉意。
晚上的服务员友好多了。
水疗中心的工作人员也没有道歉，只是把我们送进了水疗中心。
直到晚上工作人员换人，我们才收到了道歉。
