Awful customer service - World Class Worst
XC - Climbing & Skatepark的点评
点评：Last night I booked online all 3 sessions for the Skatepark today for my son, his friend booked all 3 sessions online this morning as we drove up from south Kent for 2 hours.
Upon arrival we were told "the Skatepark is closed all day due to excessive humidity, it's currently at 93% and it has to be under 85%". Bizzarely, there was no moisture or steam on the windows and it didn't look damp in there at all. When I expressed my disgust at the lack of notification, especially considering one set of 3 sessions bookings were allowed online literally within the last hour, I was told "I've tried to call everybody this morning and I've left a voicemail for anyone who didn't answer". I showed the female member of staff my phone, which proved no calls were made to me or my son and no voicemails were left. Clearly I wasn't told the truth. An email was received at 09:10 cancelling the 10:00 to 13:00 session, we arrived at 09:23 so this was little use at that time. I was told "it has to be below 85% for our insurance" to which i replied "we've signed waivers removing all your liability, even in the event of death it is accepted as the riders fault and responsibility". I felt very deceived and I know from my sons friend booking that only 15 slots had been booked for today from 10:00 to 13:00, so this also didn't match the "I've had to phone 40 people this morning" information we were presented with.
93% humidity would cause structural damage as this implies the building lacks the correct levels of ventilation and moisture control.
My first and without doubt my last visit here ever.
After we left at 10:15 they updated their website to show the Skatepark was closed today.
An unforgettablly awful experience.
