Disappointed, not very safe

点评：We are frequent travellers to Bali and have visited both this hot spring and the neighbouring Toya Hot Springs. While they are different experiences, I was disappointed with this one. The facilities are quite tired and in need of refurbishment, and although the pools were acceptable, they felt old and not particularly well maintained. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff also left a lot to be desired.
At 200,000 IDR per person, I don't believe it offers good value for money. For the same price, I would recommend Toya Hot Springs next door. In my experience, Toya offers better service, cleaner and better-maintained pools, a safer environment, and a much more enjoyable overall experience. I wouldn't return to this hot spring, but I would happily visit Toya Hot Springs again.
